If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user. Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon,sword'. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: In my own words, the rule means that one should not try to trick, steal, or swindle anyone out of their items or money. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I never purposefully set out to steal anyones money. I truly believed at the time when the person gave the loan to me that I would be able to pay it back. It has been a long time since I was banned and I feel that I have learned my lesson. I will never do this again and I apologize for my mistake in the past.

@Sedgecomb1 This is a very serious crime on ECC, and I am glad to see that you understand that is wrong and even if your amounts are not outstanding you still owe this money and you agreed to pay them back. You've been gone for well over a year, I will be unbanning you straight up, but I expect a diligent response in paying back these loans. I looked at these complaints, it looks like you owe a total of 24k to two different users, this appeal will be pretty straight forward. You owe @DragRacer2725 6k for a 3k loan, you will pay this back first. it will be due 2 days after you are unbanned. Its a small amount, and even though you will start with nothing you can make this amount in 2 days. You also owe @Emau 18k for a 9k loan, this will be due 4 days after you pay back @DragRacer2725. I am aware that @DragRacer2725 is inactive in-game, you are to come up with the money anyway, and save it aside in a sign for him for when he logs in-game. @Emau is active, I expect you to pay him back as soon as you are able. 6,000 ECD due to @DragRacer2725 by June 12th, 2015 18,000 ECD due to @Emau by June 16th, 2015 As it has been a long while since you were here I also suggest taking a look at the rules and brushing up on them.
