Reason of Ban: Loan Scamming And Multi Accounting Rule violated: Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed. An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own. If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them. Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation. Scamming Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule means that using other accounts for Money purposes to store it or otherwise is not allowed and can get you banned. A transaction in which you do not hold up your end of the deal by giving a item or paying someone back a certain amount is known as scamming and can resort in ban. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel like I should be unbanned because it was never my intention and at the time I didn’t know what I was getting myself into and didn’t know how to pay the people back I was taking loans from. So I resorted to the well known command of lottery and lost most of my money so I then transferred it on to my Alt account and both of my accounts were banned shortly after. But now after all this time I can fix what I have done and can repay the people I have hurt and scammed through buying donations for people to raise the money. Please let me come back on so I can fix what I have done and play more of your server because it is truly one of the best I have played on.
The way the staff team handle appeals is completely different from what it used to be. They now take a day, or several days for the first reply on your appeal. They then tell you to be patient after you wait for several days without a word back from them, even though several staff members have already read and ignored your appeal. That's just how the process is now. I'll take my warning.
@a18greek18 you forgot about saying how after those few days just waiting for a reply, once it is actually handled you usually get a temp ban which makes it longer xD
Okay, let me start off by saying this. You wish to be unbanned right? Then you bypass your ban, while you have an appeal in might I add. Then you expect to still be unbanned? In what way is that possibly a good idea? Next time you appeal, make wiser choices before, during, and after your appeal time. Denied - May not appeal for 3 days.
