Reason of Ban: Ignoring Staff Instructions, Spamming the trade channel, and ban evading (which still needs to be added to my reason.

Rule violated:
Clause 1.1 - CAPS and Spam

• Bypassing our CAPS filter and/or typing in all caps is not allowed.
• Spam is not allowed. Repetitive words, letters, symbols that aren’t used in their correct context, or many messages sent quickly are considered spam.

Clause 4 - Trade Channel

• All permitted in-game advertising must be in this channel.
• Messages in this channel must:
  • Be no longer than 2 unique messages at a time.
  • Must be no more often than once per 3 minutes.
    • During off-peak and other periods where normal chat may be slow, it is solely at the online staff’s discretion how often your messages can be repeated.
• All general chat rules apply in this channel.
• You may not hold auctions in this channel. Please use the Automated Auction System in /ch auction to hold an auction.
  • You are allowed to announce an upcoming auction in this channel. You may only post 1 advertisement per auction.
• All items sold in trade must be EcoCityCraft related.

Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts

• Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed.
• An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own.
• If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them.
• Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
1. Ignoring staff means that when a staff member tells me to stop doing something disruptive (in this case spamming trade chat) I should stop doing it and listen.
2. I shouldn't be spamming my advertisements in trade channel unless they are different or every 3 minutes.
3. If you are banned you should be staying banned and not have any access to the server what so ever. You should not be going on the server with other accounts.


Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:

I feel like I should be unbanned because I want to be able to play on my favorite server again. I learned my lessons from all those times I was banned previous for scamming and I knew not to do it anymore. I was just so happy about being back on that I was trying to get as much money as possible. By doing this I ended up spamming a little too much every time I offered my stuff until all those times added up resulting in this ban. I don't understand what came over me that resulted in me deciding to break another rule and bypass a ban. I apologize for this and can promise I wouldn't ever bypass a ban again (because hopefully I wouldn't be banned again :p). I will not be offering anything in trade chat anymore and if I do I will definitely be careful about spamming. Also I will make sure to listen to what staff tell me to do. One last thing I want to say is I also apologize to my brother whose account I used to bypass my ban. I plan on getting his account appealed and while I was playing illegitimately I had made a good amount of money. I will be giving this money away to someone because it shouldn't have been mine in the first place. Thank you for reading my ban appeal and even considering it. I'll try my hardest to keep this as my last ever ban appeal <3.

And for the record I had my brother help me create these ban appeals because I am only 10 and have a memory issue. However they are all sincere and by me (just written and rephrased slightly by my brother).
