Reason of Ban: Spamming and inappropriate remarks in Global

Rule violated:

Clause 1.1 - CAPS and Spam

• Bypassing our CAPS filter and/or typing in all caps is not allowed.
• Spam is not allowed. Repetitive words, letters, symbols that aren’t used in their correct context, or many messages sent quickly are considered spam.

Clause 2 - Vulgarity

• Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks (see Section 2, Clause 2.1), or any other way of communicating.
  • Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (eg. WTF?) are allowed unless it is directed at another user.
• Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance.
• Racist language or prejudicial language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence, punishment of which may not warrant a warning before being given a ban,

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Spamming is when you send multiple messages in a short period of time or lots of random characters in 1 message can also be spam. Vulgarity is when you say inappropriate words in chat such as curse words, sexual references, racist and/or homophobic slurs, etc. Vulgarity is very serious because of it's not appropriate for the younger members of the community and isn't very nice to say no matter who's around.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I believe I should be unbanned as I am very absolutely sorry for my vulgar language and spamming. I don't want to keep making appeals so I want this to be my final appeal you ever see from me. But I do believe I was unfairly banned as I stop after being warned a few times and the spam was very minor and spamming is a more minor thing. I don't think I should have been banned for the spamming, I know what spamming that gets you banned is like and this was not it. I was given a warning about the spamming in the form of a kick by a staff member and another staff member banned me after I had been dealt with by another staff member. I do sincerely apologize for my actions but I do not believe they were I ban able level of rule breaking. I promise to not cause any conflicts like this ever again. I have been banned 4 times so I know what a ban worthy offense is and this was not it. I'm not saying this because I don't want to admit to my wrong doings, I admit I've done many things wrong but I don't agree with this ban. I hope to never make another appeal again and this time I promise I won't get banned again and I mean it. I will clean up my act and I want to restore my reputation as a good player like it was ALONG time ago. I'm also sorry to mainly to @dgam02 @Raccooy and many others for what I've said to them and promise to never cause any conflicts again.
