[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main Server Reason of Ban: "Moderate grief in the town of north" Rule violated: Clause 1 - Griefing Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you. Grief is not allowed in protected towns, unless the town owner has decided otherwise. In the event a grief occurs in a non-grief town then a grief report can be filed here: Grief Report and Rollback Request If a town allows grief then all residents must be informed before joining the town. When a grief report is filed, grief is graded on a sliding scale of minor/moderate/major based on the amount and severity of damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. It is also determined at that time whether the grief is bad enough to warrant a rollback. Grief in the wild is frowned upon, but allowed. Staff will not take any action in the case of wild grief. Griefing is allowe Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I was banned about a year or two ago. This server (I'm being dead serious) is my favorite server and literally the best and more interactive server I have ever been on. It's a friendly community, I met a ton of my friends on the server, and it would mean a lot if I could come back to the server. I can't find another server like this one. The reason I was banned was because of a feud I got with a friend. I don't remember exactly what happened because it was so long ago, but I invited him to join the same town as me, and he did. We built a house together and a few days later (I don't remember what I did to make him angry) but he threatened to throw me out of the house and tell the mayor to have me kicked from the town. I got mad and I tore down his house. The mayor caught me and I got banned. This is the first time I ever griefed in my life because of how mad I was. I haven't spoken to my friend since then. It's been years and I feel like it's unnecessary for me to be banned anymore. I've become a lot more mature to those type of situations over the years and I want to go back to my favorite server.

Additionally please copy/paste the exact rule found in the Server Rules concerning grief. You will also be required to change your name on the forums to your new name, "Peridot_____". Alright - thank you for changing your forum name to your in-game name. Since you've been banned for over a year, the Server Rules have changed since then. You can read it here. I'd suggest doing so so that way you won't break any other rules that may result in punishment(s). If you have any questions about the rules you may contact a staff member about them to clarify.
