Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Don't use x-ray

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: OK when did idmit to using x-ray? Last time I was on the forums other then yesterday was about 3 and a half weeks ago, and then last week I find out I've been banned. I did not admit to using a hack, if it says on this member account I did someone hacked it or something.
