Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

  • Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
  • Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
  • Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule means that the use of any modified client or modifications of vanilla minecraft (xray, hacked client..ect) that gives you an advantage (cheat) over other players is not tolerated.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I have been playing on this server for 3 days and i thought i could get away with xray. However, soon to find out, I was wrong. I been caught using xray. I do regret my actions. I'm sure that I learned my lesson as I only have 1 more chance after this appeal. I think I should be unbanned because I only been playing this server for 3 days. I was introduced to this server by my 2 friends who both are mayors and they are active on this server. I want to be unbanned so that I could play with them (I was actually in a skype call with them right when I got banned). All I ask is for a second chance. I have 1 more chance after this so I will be sure to remove my xray and not use it. . I want to play on this server. I only brushed the surface of what this server has to offer since I've only been playing for 3 days. I'm addicted to this server now. I been playing on this server atleast 5 hours per day and I just can't stop. I even have a small plot and I made friends with 4 people so far. I want to dive into this server even more. I feel like there's more things this server has to offer to me. Again, I'm sorry for what I've did. I know I shouldn't have used xray (I was going to be banned sooner or later, in this case it happened really soon), I only have 1 more chance after this so I will be very cautious and not cheat ever again. I hope you consider my appeal,
