Main Server Reason of Ban: Scamming Rule Violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Clause 2.1 - Renaming items Users cannot rename items for the purpose of making them misleading (for example, taking a cookie and renaming it “Diamond Sword”, and then attempting to auction or trade it without specifying that the item is a cookie is against the rules) If you are auctioning or trading an item that has been renamed, you MUST specify what the item was before it was renamed. All renamed items must follow the language and content rules for chat on the server. If it would not be appropriate in global, it is not an appropriate item name. Making or distributing items that are inappropriately named are both punishable to the same extent. If you find or receive an item that has been inappropriately named, please inform a staff member immediately, so that they may investigate and act appropriately. Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user. Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon,sword'. Clause 2.3 - Player Run Lotteries Any player run lottery is disallowed and will be treated as attempted scams or actual scamming depending on the situation. This includes any type of raffle or lottery that requires a buy in. Please explain: Do not take things from other people via money, swords,etc. Reason you feel you should be unbanned: I think I should be unbanned because I am willing to pay more and be more willing to put effort to get @MinecraftParkerH his money back. I didn't intentially try to scam him as I have just became inactive because school started up as I go by school over games. I am sorry for not giving you your money or any reason as of me not being on the server and not explaining why I didn't pay your money back. I am truly sorry for "scamming" you and wish to get your money back soon. Oh and one thing. It's 90k and once I get my laptop back I will put in a screenshot of us changing it. @FloatingCactus0 If the agreement was indeed changed I would like to see some evidence of this. @FloatingCactus0 can you please provide the mentioned screenshots, @MinecraftParkerH can you confirm that the amount owed for the rental was or was not changed from the original agreement? If neither of you can confirm this change I will go off the original agreement, which is $112,500.

@FloatingCactus0 Alright, I've waited a bit to try to give @MinecraftParkerH some time to respond. But since neither of you can provide any evidence that the agreement was modified in a timely manner I will be going off the evidence provided in the complaint you were banned on. You owe $112,500 to @MinecraftParkerH for a 3-day melon sword rental. You seem to understand that this is wrong and seem determined to come back and pay off your debt. You will serve a 3 day tempban for scamming, after that your repayment of $112,500 will be due in 9 days after your return. That is November 20th, 2015.
