Reason of Ban: Spamming

Rule violated:
Clause 1.1 - CAPS and Spam

• Bypassing our CAPS filter and/or typing in all caps is not allowed.
• Spam is not allowed. Repetitive words, letters, symbols that aren’t used in their correct context, or many messages sent quickly are considered spam.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: I can assume we all know what this rule means; Don't excessively post letters and/or words in chat. This can apply to commands also.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:
I frankly saw something like this coming. I should've heeded the numerous warnings and kicks that were issued to me for spam and bypassing caps, but I did not, and so here I am, appealing a ban for this. I very well understand spamming is against the rules and can annoy other users when done. I apologize to the moderators who had to deal with me countless times before I got banned for spamming, and to the players who were bothered by my constant and excessive bypassing of caps and spam of letters. This blatant breaking of rules was uncalled for, and I apologize for that. These rules are simple and should be followed as I can easily type messages without constant symbols or repeating the same message over and over. Again, I'd like to apologize to staff and players for having to deal with this, and I will try not to spam like I did over the past couple of days again.
