Clause 5 - Inappropriate Usernames/Name Changes and Skins
Any skin deemed offensive or vulgar is not allowed. This can include anything from Hitler skins to nude skins and this is moderated solely at staff discretion. Offending users will be asked to change their skin, and failure to do so may result in removal from the server.
If you are changing your username please be aware of any complications you may face because of this. Username changes are at your own risk and staff cannot be guaranteed to help if an issue arises. Potential issues include:
Trade Signs with previous username ceasing to work.
Old LWC protections not updated with your UUID not working correctly.
Unclaimed Tombstones
Progress towards monthly voting awards.
Pending bounty and lottery transactions.
Inappropriate usernames are not allowed on the server, and may be removed once brought to the attention of the staff team. These include but are not limited to:
Usernames with language not suitable for ECC
Usernames created with the purpose of being very similar to or hard to distinguish from existing ECC player names.
Users who get banned for an inappropriate username may appeal by following the steps below:
1. Change your Minecraft username (You may do this through your Mojang account).

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I'll start off by apologizing to Mr.Jacobs and his family for the immense trauma they have gone through since the name change. I was in fact jealous of Mr.Jacobs, because of his good lucks and superior intelligence to the rest of the general population, of both his home country, the Netherlands, and the rest of the world.

One day I began to get very jealous of Mr.Jacobs due to his superior qualities. I began thinking about it, and I came up with a brilliant plan: I'll steal Mr.Jacob's identity. I quickly liked that idea, and the next day, I changed my name to LuukJacobs.

Brilliant plan it was, Mr.Jacobs soon noticed I stole his identity as him and I were in a skype call with each other at the time. Mr.Jacobs soon logged on, requesting LuukJacobs to be banned. Within 5 minutes, LuukJacobs was banned.

I now deeply regret the decision to steal Mr.Jacobs' identity, and I want to go back to the good old days when I was residing in the Netherlands, with it's numerous social services and cheap healthcare. In 2013, the United Nations World Happiness Report ranked the Netherlands as the seventh happiest country in the world, reflecting its high quality of life!

I do not wish to spend the rest of my days in exile in Syria, due to the civil war going on between various rebel groups and President Bashar Al-Assad, backed by Russian President Vladimir Putin himself. It is a very dangerous place over there, and I wish to come home to the Netherlands where I am free to properly express my DANK MEMES and avoid being shot somehow.
