    I have not used my account for over 3 months, and my cousin knows the password for my account, and after seeing I was banned, I asked him and he admitted to going on my account and griefing. I am willing to pay for anything that was broken/damaged.

    I suggest you change your password and keep a tighter security on your account. Repeated offenses of the rules can result in a permanent ban with no chance of appeal. Allowing someone else to use your account is putting that decision in someone else's hands.
