Counter: I did do this however; this it was a small infraction and a genuine mistake

Evidence: I didn't meant to was just mentioned that i had a server to someone in a local chat only we were in. and gave him the addy in case he wanted to check it out. I wasn't trying to advertise just came up in conversation. I promise I wont do it again if you unban me sorry.
