Reason: Used water for mob traps

Counter-Reason: I used the water to move the mobs out of a hole so they wouldn't stack, thinking that it was okay since it didn't focus them into a single point, only making them visible to us. I was also told by another resident that it was only illegal to use water to push them directly to you, or the items to you, which I accept is my fault for not reading into.
