Minecraft Username: tomicalover Reason: I was asking a mod for when I was going to be accepted for a res app. He replied to stop asking many times. I said that he wasn't really being a big help then he kicked me. The next time i said that I was tired of being a builder because there is nothing I can do (Basically). I said he wouldnt understand because he was a Moderator. Then he said he was trying to help and I replied: "Helping by kicking?" Then he banned me. Counter-Reason: I just wanted to know when my Resident App was going to be accepted. Just a simple question. I don't really know when to stop because I have ADHD. Please forgive me. Evidence: If you check chat logs for 9/7/12 Please un-ban me, I didn't mean to innocently provoke a Moderator, I really wish to invest in this server in the future.
Just FYI there is a question asking "Do you understand that your app will be processed within 1-7 days?" at the bottom of the application which you answered "Yes" to. Ban reduced to 30 minute tempban. Locked
