    Counter-Reason: "Yes. There were things that were said by both of us, I'm not fond of what I said and I would like to apologize to those who I've said them too. I also had inappropriate language directed towards me and my first response was to do the same thing back. Sorry again.

    Evidence: I have screens that I could post of the language that was verbally abusing me, however, I don't think it would be right as this is a ban appeal not a complaint.

    The reason I had banned you is because you had already had a complaint on you in the past about your language. You must understand that this is not acceptable at all. If someone is provoking you into swearing at them, don't let them bother you and report them for any foul language before the situation becomes too much of a problem.

    I am going to give you a 6 hour temp ban to let you review our server rules as well as suggest that you post a complaint on any users that verbally abused you so that they may be warned for their behavior. Please don't let this escalate more than it needs to and if this keeps up with you, you will be serving a longer punishment next time.
