Counter-reason: Really don't have one, There was another innapropriate statue a pikachu built by kainhighwind16 who insisted on leaving it there, so i built this one as a joke, it's a small town on the edge of the map no one really goes there, this is my first offense, what i did was a bad but hey, everyone makes mistakes.
Evidence: None nothing really to prove, but i am a donator, so perhaps the mods will cut some slack.

Rules are rules, regardless of your rank or donation status. If there was a structure that wasn't appropriate you should have reported it, rather than building one of your own. Please re-read EC's rules while the map enlargement and redraw are going on. We will take further action on your appeal once that is completed.

On top of that I'd like to point out that just because it was " it's a small town on the edge of the map no one really goes there".
Doesn't mean you can break the rules. They don't bend the further away from spawn you get. -

It does not matter where the town is, how big the town is or how many people visit the town. Rules are there to be followed not neglected. As Tommy said, the rules do not change depending on where in the world the town is. You do not build inappropriate structures because you see someone else build one, you report it.
I suggest you visit here before rejoining the server.
