    Reason: I was in the middle of building my house, and I got kicked and it said "Banned by andrewkm for: Xray Modding"

    Counter-Reason: I have used Xray from Nodus, but I was told by multiple mods that you were allowed to use the Nodus client? I'm confused.

    Specifically:
    Clause I: Hacking
    Fly, speed, air build, and teleport hacking is not tolerated - as with all other hacking. This includes x-ray hacking, as well as x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (this includes glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and unfair to other users.
