Alright, after looking further into this I agree that there was no evidence produced in terms of the donation scamming that should have resulted in a ban, as "suspicion of donation scamming" isn't really a ban reason. However, being banned for dual accounts is a completely legitimate reason and there is no way we could have known that you were both brothers to begin with. I am trusting you both that you are brothers like you say you are, and please know that any further scam complaints against you guys that have proper evidence may result in some very serious consequences.
