    Counter-Reason: I've been getting on every day, trying to see if Brady was on to pay him. He hasn't been on while I was on, thus he wasn't paid.

    Evidence: If you can check when I was on in comparison to when he was on, we were never on at the same time, despite me trying.

    You were tagged in a complaint 5 days ago. It was to my understanding that you were to get a hold Brady3Tears to refund him for the plot that he payed for and I was informed that Brady3Tears had not heard from you at all. You have many ways to contact this user including using the "/mail send" command and sending him a PM on the forums.

    On top of not contacting him to pay him back, I understood that Brady3Tears was told that outragedzombie would be the mayor to add him to the town, yet outragedzombie is not a part of that town at all. The two mayors of the town have been inactive for 14+ days. These three reasons were what caused you to be banned for your attempt at scamming. I will be unbanning you on the condition that you pay back Brady3Tears. I will give you 3 days to contact him and pay him back his 10k.
