It was more than 3 pieces of cobble. You dug a random tunnel in a wall. You broke past a locked gate by placing a block, and used the redstone wire to open the gates that harvested that farm. Unless you are going to be honest in your appeal your ban will remain. Try honesty and effort in your next appeal.
