Counter Reason: I was told I was griefing by harvesting crops in austintown. I did replant most of the crops but stopped because I was helping a friend. But I also read the town rules and it said no where on the rules that I had to replant which i still will do if allowed back on.

It wasn't Ryan who accused you of griefing.
This is the reason you were banned.
If nothing else it is common courtesy to replant a farm after harvesting. The town mayor has now posted a sign to specifically say what most people already know to do.
I don't feel you have been sufficient effort into this appeal, and you are certainly not offering any kind of apology for harvesting the farm and not replanting, thus preventing anyone else from using it.
