I realize this was very serious, I want to apologize to the owner of the melon sword, and I believe it was returned. I would like to have a second chance of joining EcoCityCraft. I apparently dropped the melon sword near when my time was up and I didn't realize until a day later when it was gone, but I accept all responsibility and punishment. I have a couple problems with this ban appeal. First of all, you claim to have dropped the sword at some point before it was meant to be returned, and then logged off. That doesn't explain to me at all how someone who happens to share the same IP as you at some points ended up with the sword, why you thought it was 'gone', and why it was renamed if you had the intention to return it. Second of all, I sent you a mail requesting the return of the sword. If it was not possible to, you could've responded to me or Smited informing them that it wasn't possible for whatever reason, but to my knowledge this mail was completely ignored, as I kind of expected it to be but I was hoping I could avoid a ban and this could be resolved. You logged in multiple times since I sent the mail, so I would have a difficult time believing that it wasn't received. Basically, what I really want is for you to explain what really happened. I'm well aware there are multiple accounts near, and sometimes at, wherever you happen to log in from, and also that you have had transaction interaction with those people at various points. I find it hard to believe that you just "lost" the sword when there were at least 2 other people you could've easily given it to to create a "I lost it" story. The sword has been returned and the issue is resolved, but I am not comfortable letting you back on the server without knowing what really happened, and therefore this appeal is denied.
