Reason: "Banned by RyanJF1 Reason: Using a hacked client. (Nodus)"

Counter-Reason: Well over the weekend, one of my younger brothers reinstalled nodus to use on one of the server he plays on. He would normally use his computer for that, but his was broken and getting fixed at the time and he decided to use mine. When I got back on, yes I did notice that there was nodus installed, at the time I was too lazy to force update and reinstall all the mods I had. I figured I would just redownload them all when I had plenty of time to. In the meantime, I still decided to keep on playing with nodus downloaded. This was my big mistake. I am deeply sorry that I played while I still had it on my computer and have since removed it, and downloaded my olds mods such as CJB. I shouldn't have been lazy and kept on playing before force updating. There is no excuse to using hacked clients, as stated in the wiki, and all I can say is that I regret doing such, and would like to have another chance to play back on ECC. The reason I took so long to post this appeal after getting banned, was that I thought it would do me some good to go back on the wiki and reread the rules and updates it has had. I am sorry about the whole ordeal, and thank you for the time you took to read this appeal. The specific rule I broke is here:


Clause I: Hacking and Hacked Clients

Fly, speed, air build, and teleport hacking is not tolerated - as with all other hacking. This includes x-ray hacking, as well as x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (this includes glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and unfair to other users.
Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited. Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever. Hacked clients include, but are not limited to, the Nodus client.
