Counter-Reason:a player had said they needed e repairs, i had tp'd to them intending to give them a e repair but before i said how much or even agreed to repair his sword he just threw it so i picked up the mellon sword and asked him, did you just give me a melon sword, the other user had responded "yes" as i did not give him a price or even agree to repair at this time i assumed he had ment he gave me it as he said he did. then he offered to buy it back and i was extremely confused at this point. 3point had then pmed me telling me that the player was upset and such, and i had told 3point what happen. i then asked if i had broken any rules if so witch on ect. i was never told i had to give the mellon sword back but was discussing with the s mod 3point if i had broken any rules. 3point was unsure at the time if i had broken any rules and said he would find out if i had and get back to me. i never did find out if i broke a rule or not until i seen the msg banned by unknownrider. i did tell 3point that if i indeed broke a rule i was more then willing to co-operate and give the mellon sword back to the other player. but as i said i was waiting on a replie from 3point when i got banned.
so it is now clear that i have broken a rule. and as im banned that player is still out his melon sword witch is very unfair to him if i had actuly broken a rule. i would very much like to give him his sword back and apologize. and maybe tell him to confirm he is getting a e repair before just throwing it away. I believe i should be unbanned because i was willing to give the item back before i was even banned and i was in the middle of talking with the staff about what i was required to do if i had broke a rule. i also thought i had not broken a rule because this once happened to me when i was a resident i threw my item before confirming i was buying a e repair and the player kept my tools when i reported it then a moderator and was told that because i had not confirmed that i was buying an e repair the player had no obligation to return my items. so some were from then and now rules have been adjusted or redone. i am not exactly sure. but i am willing to undo what was done and return the players sword. if i broke the rules its not fair that im banned and he now has no way to get his sword back. I am truly sorry for the misunderstandings that have lead up to this.
