Reason: Grief and profanity/vulgarity

Counter-Reason: My friend was screwing around my account and I'm very sorry this happened. It will never happen again, I assure you. I have securely locked my account. I really want to get back in and donate like I was planning to. This will never happen again.

Kiet,
I am glad you have decided to appeal your ban. Please be aware that everything that happens on your account, you and you alone are responsible for. You have stated that you have secured your account, and I take it you have either changed your password, or unchecked the box that lets you save your password. Also be aware that vulgar language is not tolerated on our server. Also, griefing someone else's property is not allowed and we have very strict rules in place that punish griefers. It seems that you understand what has happened is wrong. I will be posting the rules you have broken below, and please be sure to refresh yourself on the rules while we wait for a Supermod+ to review you case.

Clause I: Main World
The Wild is not secured. It is an uncontrollable world and grief does occur. It is not punishable if grief occurs in the wild. Griefing Towns/Nations which have a security application already placed in queue on the forum is punishable, and can result in a ban + a rollback of all your actions. Griefing within Towns/Nations is not allowed under any circumstances. Towns/Nations and Mayors/Presidents/Members may file grief reports if grief is found, and the users who griefed will be banned + rolled back immediately upon major grief. The only exception to this is if a Mayor specifically makes a survival town where he allows grief and has no rules regarding it.

Clause II: Vulgarity and Inappropriate Subjects
All chat must be kept PG and clean - lots of our users are very young. There is to be no discussion of anything deemed inappropriate for a workplace, including but not limited to, sexuality, excessive violence and dark humour. In addition, there is to be no discussion regarding anything deemed illegal or inappropriate, which includes, but is not limited to, drugs and narcotics. We do not tolerate any racist or hateful slurs at all. We absolutely do not tolerate inappropriate chat, and you can be severely punished if it happens. This includes anything put on signs in gameplay; and goes for all of these rules. In addition, general swearing must be kept to an absolute minimum. To this end, the following situations are allowed:
Occasional slip-ups in unfortunate situations, that is not directed at anyone.
Abbreviations that involve swear words - e.g. wtf.

Upon further investigation, you have also been banned for Racism, and trolling. Racism is never acceptable. Ever. There is no place that racism is tolerated, least of all EcoCityCraft. We have a very large and diverse player base of younger players and we do not need to be exposing them to this kind of hatred. I am going to ask you to reappeal with quite a large apology to the community, and why we should let you back on. The rules additional rules you have broken are listed below. I would take some time to read the entire rules section AGAIN while you reappeal.

Clause I: General Trolling, Harassment and Common Sense
This rule is simple. Don't troll (look up "Troll (Internet)") users away from the server.
Harassment (gameplay and chat) is also very unwelcome and can get you punishment depending on the severity. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, bullying, any form of blackmail, and anything that falls under the rules for chat channels.
Following players around in the wild, or wild griefing, whether observed live or not, is not harassment and is allowed. However, if the same actions are performed in a protected town, it is considered harassment, and remaining in such a protected area after being asked to leave is also forbidden.
Regardless of whether in the wild or in a protected town, any excessive purposeful attempt to kill someone in a non-PvP area by any means, including with donation perks such as lava or water, is considered both harassment and trolling, and is completely punishable with a ban.
Use your common sense while playing. No one likes users who make the gaming environment unpleasant to others. Be a good sport and a friendly community member. Those who violate this to a heavy extent will be warned several times - if it does not stop, a kick/ban may be put in place.
