    Thank you for your patience while we looked in to this matter. As I explained previously we take dual account admissions, especially is said dual account is a perm banned user, incredibly seriously. Perm bans are permanent for a reason.

    Given our investigation at this time, your claim of "only joking" seems to hold up. However, please keep in mind that such jokes will not be taken lightly, and any further of them will be considered deliberate trolling on your part.
