Minecraft Username:michael_watt Reason:banned because of griefing in town of ireland Counter-Reason:well I read the ban appeal, and 1-joshual1996 not mentioned the agreement that we had done I paid him some k (no longer remember for sure how much) and in return he would not get our towers if we were offline longer than allowed. I've been missing 1.5 months because I have changed to a different job(with a very complex machine so I got to study the manual in all my free time) so I made that agreement before to prevent this kind of mess he could send an email on forum...that way I would receive the notification in the mail and know what was going on. but he never notified us. 2-when I get back yesterday I saw the most of my chests blocked by him but e NEVER in ANY WAY have communicated me the decision of posses my tower and alex's tower not ingame mail, not in forum mail or any other way. so I started to disassemble the towers because he at minimum needs to inform me some how and then I have 3 days to disassemble my stuff and go... 3-this mayor is a little bit crook he is always inventing a new way of charge us new taxes etc and when people get offline for more than permitted he get their stuff and resell again...and he do it like a regular profit income...I was thinking about leaving this town for a long time. because he always wanted to take power of my tower...its more that he could even imagine... by far the most valuable building in the city...I wanted to disassemble my tower and alex as well and we could join our stuff and keep it safe in my old little tower in queencreeper. and after that we could look for a cheap city to buy and build there our towers with no one trying to suck money from us. our objective is to build our own nation here but only with players +18yrs old much more responsible and mature to help us run our nation to greatness. on a fair solid and responsible administration for all. 4- we are not hero to cause troubles, we are old enough to be responsible for our acts and we are guided by our quite demanding code of ethics. I hope you can solve this on the best way for all, we only want the 3 days we have right to have to dismantle the most we can to move to my old tower. I don't care about all of my most precious items he took when e take my lwc off, because that I can buy with money from voting. but I think we at least have right to be notified and after that to have 3 days do dismantle its more than 2 months of hard work made by me and my friend alex...we wold like to have more time but, we will accept 3 days if necessary. Scamming and taking advantage of those who live within your town is strictly prohibited and will be punished. If you are the victim of a Mayor/President scam you may submit a valid and proper complaint with proof in our forums Complaint Section. Mayors may remove anyone from their town for any reason. However, if they were not removed for failing to pay for their plot, or were not banned for griefing the town, the Mayor must give them a minimum of 3 days via the /mail command to retrieve their building materials and items from the town (see Section VII Clause IV)." thats its why i started dismantling the building, he dont notified me by in game mail not even by forum PM...so he cant say I griefed my tower. he didnt prepossessed it right, and he made an lwc removal request to take all my stuff without notify me in any way...and the one you banned was me...for starting dismantling MY building...so even if the deal we done* is not valid. he should at minimum done like the ECC rules say and notify me, then give-me 3 days to take all my stuff and only after that he could have the building for whatever he wants and only after that he could do an lwc request... so when I come back and seen my tower being robed(my library almost all destroyed, my most precious chest locked by joshual1996 and all door open or broken...and more) I started to dismantle...to move to another town... so, am I wrong?! do I really deserve to be banned? I would be the first admitting it if I felt like I was guilty...but Im not! so I will not accept injustice. * (the deal about dont loose the building if we stay more that 10 days offline)
Once inactive for 7+ days an LWC removal is allowed, and most commonly those who are offline for over a month usually don't come back, which could explain why the land/building was repossessed by the mayor. To have avoided this situation, my advice for the future, would be to contact the town mayor first before trying to reclaim any buildings/belongings. At this time I will unban you, but you will have to discuss with the town mayor regarding any property. ECC Staff will not be involved with that, especially without screenshots of any agreements to act on.
