Minecraft Username: Maruikia_Sariim Reason: Admitting To hacking (full brightness) Counter-Reason: I was under the impression that Full brightness mods were legal and not once have I used any illegal mods to make myself have an advantage over others in any way. Evidence: I have never been banned for hacking or have I ever been suspected of hacking. I have been a perfectly proper rule abiding citizen of ECC and would like to show my disdain for the trigger happy mods that ban without thinking.
Your ban reason was Admitting to using a hacked client. (Nodus), not Full brightness, nodus is a illegal client and that is stated in our rules. Also, if you feel our staff are trigger happy you are free to pm Andrewkm and Wewinagain with a staff complaint.
There are a few mods such as kuke's Cjb Lite, and there is also downloads for Fullbright themselves without a modpack/client.
Well I dont stay up to date on all the mods people have made. I just used nodus because It had auto fish too.
This rule, found here, has been in effect since 12/24/12. There was a post in the General forum section, it has been updated on the Wiki, and it was send out as a Tweet from the ECC Wiki Twitter account. The fact that you have Nodus, and have used Nodus, since this rule came out is rather substantial proof that you haven't been abiding by ECC's rules. Blaming us for being 'trigger happy' in regards to punishing such a serious rule violation is as if you are trying to deflect the blame regarding your own willful actions. Please admit to what you have done wrong, seriously apologize, and give us reassurances that you have removed Nodus from your client, and that you will not be using it again, then we can consider your appeal.
