The reason i am making this thread is because this is the best server ever and i really want to play because nothing is better than this. :)
I was banned for griefing 4 diamond blocks from a house in a town, but it was'nt me it was my little brother and when i was confronted by mod i gave it all back and he still banned me, so i just want you to know i would never grief and i will not let my brother on here. I really hope you can help me get back to playing! Thanks
Unfortantely i have no evidence but my word & i really do hope you can take that and believe me. If you cannot i do understand but please do your best to help me out! Thanks for looking at my thread.

You do not come up on our /seen, so I checked our reported, and found this grief here.
I was the mod who banned you. I did not confront you, or ask for anything back from you, nor did I receive anything.
Do not lie in your appeal, and while it may have been your "little brother" that broke everything, it was still your account. Take responsibility for that.
Appeal denied. Please refile with proper effort. -
the town owner confronted me and i gave him the items back all of them i did not lie or if i did not mean to i ill answr any question you have i just want to get back to he game so please is there anything i can do?

Is what I am referring to. This makes no mention of the town owner... plus, if you gave it all back, why would he report it at all?
However, given your 5 months already offline... I will unban you this time. Ban is changed to a 2 hour temp ban. Please ensure you re-read ALL of ECC's rules before you log in again, as there have been many changes since you last played here.
