he set me up.... he put a sword in the chest, and I was banned for not completing the transaction, I took the sword. Now I also said im going vacation in 2 days in a hurry but the mod "hcpillarfire" banned me. I've also talked to him many times but he will not listen to me. I told me core_diver will handle it. Bottom line im sorry for causing everything that happened. I will return the fake sword that scott gave me.

Basically, what I am asking for the screenshots you took during the deal. ie: A screenshot of the deal. The screenshot of the sword transfer. The screen shot of the payment/deal being completed. Etc

I have been following this incident fairly closely and would like to inquire on a few statements you have made. On three different occasions in this thread and the complaint thread you posted that you indeed took the melon sword. You also admitted to taking the sword to HC. Now you are saying that it wasn't a melon sword. My question is why did you wAit to now to bring it up? Something doesn't seem to be adding up here. eliteshadow0000
yes I took the sword, as I said I send core the message because I was going to a vacation to new York. I even stated that in the message. I just arrived about 2-3 hours ago, Before I could do anything I was banned, I was in a hurry.
Hello eliteshadow0000 As apart of your getting unbanned you will have to agree to a contract that I write up which will either have you paying the $295,000 for the sword, or returning the melon sword that you stole. As for your saying it wasn't a melon sword the evidence provided shows that you were aware that it was a melon sword and that you took the sword under the guise that you believed it was allowed since the chest was unlocked. Seeing as you agreed to pay for the sword after you had seen it you were no longer allowed to steal the sword whether it was in a /cdonation lock or not. Also since you took the sword then logged off you further did not help yourself as you then solidified your guilt which led the the issue we are dealing with today. Now if you want to get unbanned you will have to sign a contract that I will create along with ScottTheGod to return his sword or pay the 295k that you agreed to. To make sure you are aware you are returning a melon sword not this "sharpness V" sword you are going on about. The contract is made and I will need both of you to do the proper signing on it.
