Reason: Banned for trolling harassing and minor abuse of donation feature
Counter-Reason: First off I shall say the only thing I did wrong here was go into his town when I was banned from it. Stealing horses is not against the rules, therefore my harassment and trolling ban reason should not be applied. Me austin and slayer wanted to have a little fun because ECC has been getting boring, so we decided to try and steal Tdogg's horse. We had fun, and everything we did was not against the rules. I admit I did use multihome to get into tdoggs stables, but I didn't do anything while there. I don't think I should have been banned because of a minor abuse of donation feature, you mods are just getting too uptight and can't let people have a bit of fun. We were just having fun but it maybe got a little out of hand. I actually am positive that Tdogg steals horses too, because he pm'd me and told me, so if you think I should get banned because I stole this horse, and harrassed and trolled tdogg, he does the same to others too. After all this went down, in party chat Tdogg called me and austin "assholes" and told me to "fuck off." So all in all I'm not sorry for what I did, don't think I should have gotten banned, and am very sad on how ECC went from a great server to a very uptight one. I mean earlier that day I was told "to stop talking, because I was talking too much" by a mod. That makes no sense to me.

I asked you one time to leave my town, but you still didn't. You waited about 5 minutes and there was a mod there to witness it. I asked you atleast 10 times to leave and you refused. Then you stole my horse. Once u stole it right then I told you not to enter UnitedStates again. While chasing my horse down for 20 minutes I said ONCE AGAIN not to enter my town and that you and slayer are banned from it. Once I came back to my town you still stood on my town border, which is against the rules since I told you not to go in my town. Then when I got my horse in my castle Austin came in and tried to start trouble. So I banned all of you guys ONCE AGAIN from coming in my castle. You had atleast 6 warnings not to go in my castle. I even put a sign in the entrance saying you guys aren't allowed and that sign can be found on my complaint. After I got back i went and started recording. After I got my armor back that you stole you decided to get the courage to enter my town of United States and went in my stable. You were told by me atleast 5-6 times NOT to set one foot in my town. You also were told once by moderators to leave. The harassment didnt start when you took the horse. It started before that. Ask either pbrassat or da_tirtow ( i think its da_tirtow) that you wouldn't leave my town for a good 5 minutes when I asked you over and over. The harassment started when you refused to leave my town, and it just escalated when I got my horse back and went into my stable probably attempting to steal it again.

You were rightfully banned for what you did, you abused investigator to go into a town after you were already asked to leave by a moderator. You also used multi-home as stated to gain access to tdogg's stables. Although stealing horses is not against the rules, disobeying a user's and moderator's request to leave a town and then after the fact sneaking back in while vanished is.
In order for you to get banned, you must show that you have reflected on your actions and express that you are sorry for what you have done, not deny it in its entirety, until then, you will stay banned.
On the topic of what Tdogg and Austin said to you, that is another matter and if you would like to file a complaint against them, feel free to post one.
