    Counter-Reason: I knew better. I know that saying I'm sorry isn't enough, and I have learned my lesson.

    Evidence: I did think that you had to be warned though, before you got banned. I kinda figured they would have to give you at least two kicks... I got kicked and then immediately banned with no warning. Still, I am highly sorry.

    Hello,

    I have spoken with Glooble about this issue and was filled in on exactly what you did. From what you have told me and Glooble you were in fact kicked. A kick is type of warning, however, what you said while using our shout system is completely unacceptable. It was racist and thus an extreme abuse of our shout system. Our shout system is not there to spread racism and any use of it for extreme language or racism is taken very seriously. Using our shout system for that type of thing would explain why you were kicked and banned. Thus, I suggest your reappeal with a lot more effort and a lot less complaining about the actions taken against you.
