    Reason Banned- Dual accounting

    Counter Reason- The person I dual accounted with was my brother. I had shared IP addresses with my brother because we had 1 computer available that day. Our friend came over from the next door down and played with us.

    Evidence- I cannot give any without giving out any personal information.
