Minecraft Username: Silent__Saint Reason:I griefed my own house in akiyaland. Counter-Reason:I didn't know griefing my own house was a Ban-able offence. Zecrux asked me to either take all of my stuff and unlock my chests and doors and leave his town, or pay him 50k to stay as a resident. so i took all my glow stone, which includes the path i placed and the glow stone lighting my house. took my wool floor, unlocked my chests, doors, and in my farm were dispensers with water in them connected by red stone. i did set fires, but i knew it wouldn't spread, and any wood blocks and glass broken were for me to get back outside of my house temporarily. i just finished saving up for mayor and my own town. i was just starting to build their with my friends. somewhere, where i can never greif again. I am truly sorry for greifing, i am also willing to pay Zecrux the $3500 he says it cost him to repair the damage. Evidence:According to Zecrux, all of the evidence of what i have greifed has been repaired. Once again, I am truly sorry.
Yes, me and silent__saint built the house ourselves under ninjasteve13's permission long before he sold the town, and shortly after he created it. we've known him for a while and we've been residents who helped build the town. Also, I haven't had time to come on and unlock my stuff, I just heard about the whole ordeal, and this has blown way out of proportion. We're sorry for causing trouble, we just wanted to build up money for our own town and suddenly we were forced to either pay or move.
Hello, Thank you Nirnir32 for bringing this to my attention. Griefing your own home is legal. Anytime you are being asked to leave a town or decide to leave a town you have the right to collect your building materials. Lighting the house on fire might have been a bit extreme, but, regardless I found no evidence of this being used in a malicious way. I am sorry for the misunderstanding and will be unbanning you.
