Counter-Reason: I would like to apologize directly to Omnicrafter for what I did, I feel like I was not thinking straight and I would like to tell him how sorry I am. I promise if my ban is removed, I will not commit any grief because I now understand the consequences. Also, I will not interact or bother Omnicrafter anymore.

Because I feel so sorry, and I can't live off this server, I have already re-read the rules for griefing and will copy and paste them here so everybody knows I can be trusted.
The Wild is not secured. It is an uncontrollable world and grief does occur. It is not punishable if grief occurs in the wild. Griefing Towns/Nations which have a security application already placed in queue on the forum is punishable, and can result in a ban + a rollback of all your actions. Griefing within Towns/Nations is not allowed under any circumstances. Towns/Nations and Mayors/Presidents/Members may file grief reports if grief is found, and the users who griefed will be banned + rolled back immediately upon major grief. The only exception to this is if a Mayor specifically makes a survival town where he allows grief and has no rules regarding it. Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) When a grief report is filed, grief is deemed mild/moderate/major based on the damage done, and is determined based on staff guidelines by the staff member investigating the situation. -

Thank you for your appeal and your wish to re-join our server. I thank you for copying in the rules you broke and hope that you are truthful when you say you have re-read them. User pay a lot of money to have their towns protected, and, as is outlined in the rule above, are entitled to action from us when the circumstances permit.
I truly hope that you when you do come back you will make things right with your Mayor and stick to your word. Seeing as you have already been offline for 3 days, I will be issuing you a 1 hour temp-ban to make sure that you re-read our server rules and specifically our stance on griefing one last time to make sure you are crystal clear on the expectations of you being a user here.
