Reason: Abusing Fly+ to PvP in the Nether.
Counter-Reason: Yesterday I came to the nether and at spawn somone was there i flew
over to them and hit them a couple of times i then flew away knowing that they were better than me in pvp (I went away to go and mine some Quatz the initial reason i went to the nether). Today the same person was there i went to fight them we had a few swings at eachother. He isntantly knocked me down to half of my hearts making me retreat not wanting to fight with him. I got to some fresh part of the nether and started to mine, the user i was just having a little knock arround with was saying he wished noobs knew how to fight in pvp etc (all that kind of trash talk) then his last message said that using fly when pvping was not allowed. I didn't reply to this I went on the ecc wiki and found the donation feature section. He was right '

Using Fly+ to interrupt PvP in the nether is against the rules and is an abuse of your donation feature. The purpose of this feature is to allow you to fly over the lava, get to high places and get places faster in the nether, using it to harass other players isn't allowed and is not the intent of this feature.'
I realized i was in the wrong. 10 minutes later i got a message from Peregrines, I told her exactly what happened. It was NEVER my intention to use this feature to pvp, as you can tell i'm not a pvper from my MCMMO stats. After realizing that i broke one of the rules it totally regretted it, i went offline to play some DCUO and when i came back i was banned. This was a shock to me as i thought that i sorted everything out with peregrines in-game. I'm truly sorry that this has happened and I will Not ever again pvp anyone in the nether if i have Fly on. Sorry. (for the record i have not killed anyone in the nether or been killed by anyone with/without /fly on. If i had killed anyone before with /fly on i would have returned there items. Kevin24068 was there the first time this happened and can admit that the person who i fought didn't die and didn't inform us of that rule)

P.S I have looked at all the donation rules regarding the features i have to ensure that i will Never 'Abuse a donation feature' again. <3

Tommied, I am glad you wish to rejoin the server and have decided to appeal your ban. Personally I was quite surprised when I saw your name come up in a complaint for this, and a little disappointed. Fly+ is specifically meant for traversing the mining/nether world quickly and reaching places you normally couldn't without the feature, not engaging in PvP. You have quoted the specific rule you have broken, but I would like you to spend some time in the general rules of the server just to refresh yourself on anything you may have forgotten while we wait for a SuperMod+ to review your ban. You must remember, abusing your donation features is grounds to have them removed without refund.
