[Ban Appeal]

You scammed me about a month ago an if you really aren't a scammer I expect you to pay me back. Sorry mods for posting this

I have received a gift card from his brother, although I don't think he ever intended on paying them back. His brother said he had quit and had no intention on paying them back. So, lobue has the money still, but his brother, usafc524, paid for the gift cards even though usafc524 doesn't have the money. Unknownrider

I was the one who bought the giftcards for them, I am the brother of the scammer. However, I only bought them for Nelsin, Bawant, and Thomasku11 because I was affriad people would think I was my brother since we have the same end number. I did not recieve any money from those users, but they still did get their donations. Bawant gave me 20k but Nelsin and Thomasku11 did not award me anything. So should my brother get unbanned, I think I should recieve the money from the donation, unless Thomasku11 and Nelsin can come to an agreement with my and give me some compensation.

I understand the circumstances which are presented in this situation, my main concern at this point is that I need confirmation from bawant that he did in fact receive his donation feature. Because right now, all I know of is that Nelson and Thomasku have received theirs.

Once bawant responds, we will pursue with further action on the complaint. Right now everything is on a standstill until bawant responds here.

 

I would just like to point out, I can't be unbanned until my brother is unbanned even though I have sold 5 donations over the past week, with 0 scams.

 

Pbrassat17 stated if Lobue524 was to appeal I would be able to post my complaint of extcommand scam.

Please do not post this complaint in lobue524's ban appeal... we will get to it. There is no need for you to post a complaint about an already banned user in his ban appeal.

As well as the screenshots in the complaint you have linked me to, do not have any images of you even paying the agreed upon funds, so I can't have the money repaid back to you.

Unknownrider as bawant has been offline 7 days and has failed to respond here, can we proceed with the information we have, and address bawant's issues if, or when, they return?

 

I'll be discussing with Skylexia about this issue fairly soon. Considering the circumstances that are presented with in this ban appeal, I feel it would be best to get her insight on the matter.
