Reason: admitting to bypassing a ban (lobue524)
Counter-Reason: zardgyer banned me for scamming the same way my brother, lobue524 did. However, this is not the case. His one piece of evidence is a photo below, which is not me it is my brother talking to his friend blowtube because my brother is banned and can't talk to him until he is unbanned. I have bought the donation features for the 3 users my brother most recently scammed to avoid a conflict on us sharing an IP and thus me getting banned. Ironically enough, my efforts to prevent me from getting banned, got me banned! This is utterly frustrating and I honestly can not believe that I am getting punished for something with literally no evidence against me and that I did not do. You can perma ban my brother if you like, I just want to get back to playing ECC and get unbanned because I have never had a scamming complaint against myself and I have donated now a total of 5 times.

USAFC524, you are not banned for scamming. You are banned because lobue has access to your account, obvious by the screenshot there. Because he has access to your account, I cannot allow you to be unnbaned until lobue has appealed and been unbanned himself. Making further ban appeals will not help you. I understand that you think this is unfair, but such is the punishment for having a family member get banned, and who has access to your account.
