    Reason for being banned: Greifed the town "Welch"

    Counter-reason: Nobody sent me a message or mail about blyddy being at camp. Since she has been offline for more than 7 days (she was offline for 25+ days), me and Lord_Poring thought we could own the land Welch. So, we took blyddy's mansion down and removed all personels. I never knew that this was a violation. I am sorry for doing that, and it will never happen again. ECC is the only MC server that i spent my money on. As I have said on Miniclh's compliant, we will rebuild Welch, and pay blyddy 50k.

    First and foremost here is the original town application:

    This shows clearly that Blyddy was the true Mayor of Welch. Further the server rules state the following:

    You violated all of the above. Regardless of the length of time that the original owner has been offline, that town is still the original owners town unless they explicitly sold/gave it to you.

    Further, you then went and began griefing the town, so badly in fact that it required a rollback. However, that all being said, you did fix what you did, gave the town back, and tried to make it right again. Therefore, I will be giving you a 4 hour tempban.
