    I'm having some trouble finding any information on your ban. Could you do two things for me? Confirm your username first (is it Car349, Car348, or something else?)

    And could you take a screenshot of your login screen and what it says when it indicates you are banned? You can use this guide: tinyurl.com/ECCscreenshot to learn how to post a screenshot on our forums if you have trouble with it.
