I am pleased you wish to re-join the server. Before we get to this I would like to point out a few things first.

1) you have been banned for just under 11 days not almost a month

2) this is your 2nd ban appeal for killing people in a non pvp area. This time you tp'ed people to a stone platform then knocked the bricks out from under them, causing them to drop to bedrock and die, you then collected what they dropped and kept it. This was witnessed by several people and staff members.

3) Your first ban you promised to change, nothing has changed and as you are a Mayor you should now the rules better.

4) I suggest while you wait for a decision you really read the rules again. I am not going to make a decision on this ban appeal i am going to tag a GameAdmin into this for them to make their decision.

This comment was responded to your last appeal from your previous actions less than a month ago. The fact that you are at this point of appealing for the same reason tells me that you have, once again, refused to read and understand the rules and why you were punished for them. I expect you to re-appeal with more effort as well as write a decent appeal assuring that this will not continue. Know that if you persist in disregarding and breaking the server rules, longer and harsher punishments will ensue.
