Reason: scamming, I never got the $ I guess there was an error or something, so I never gave the guy the stuff
Info: I'm sorry for not giving the guy his stuff, but I didn't get the money when I typed /money. He took screenshots and I got banned. Please can you help me get back on! I promise nothing else will happen again. This is my favorite server and I really want to go back on!!!

Oh and I forgot! Clou44 said I had to give the guy back his money, give him the stuff, or get banned. First I didn't have enough money to pay him, second I didn't wanna just give him the stuff for free, so I got banned.

Hello Cuppet. I am glad that you wish to return to the server. You were banned because you broke the following rule:
I spoke to you right after you refused to give Washingtonc a stack of diamonds after he paid you $1200 for them. He posted a screenshot of the transaction, and there is evidence that you received the money. Furthermore, I believe that you intended on scamming someone, as you were not in possession of 64 diamonds, but only one diamond.
Since you have been banned for scamming, a Game Admin is required to look at your appeal. I suggest that you read through the server rules here while you wait for a decision.

Ok, after talking to a couple Game Admins, you will not be getting unbanned. I suggest you file a new appeal, and put more effort into explaining what happened and why you scammed.
