    Reason: Refusal to pay back a loan

    Counter-Reason: i can not afford to pay him back as the money
    i had planned on using is being refused to pay me back, i am in the process
    of obtaining that money from Nelsin to pay xNoxEscapexJase and am regretful
    to report i haven't recieved the money (500k) from nelsin to pay xNoxEscape
    (165k)

    Nelsin and I had reached an agreement for 100k to be payed every week and today
    (Nov 3) was the first due date but i am unable to check the sign as i can not
    access the server
