Reason: Saying "andrew don't be lazy" in chat when he said he would activate a command after being done watching tv.

Counter-Reason: I would like to apologize to andrewkm for saying that. I ment it as a joke but I understand that andrewkm works very hard on the server and I shouldn't have said that even as a joke in the first place. I also know that he doesn't give warnings :p Please forgive me and this has been my first ban on ECC :(
