    Counter-reason: My friend and I had decided to go to a different server because we had played all of the survival games a few times. I was in a call with her, and she said that her phone was about to die *over phone*. So I had told her to try and keep she phone from dying while I looked up the server IP. While I was looking for the IP her shone had died without me realizing. I said the IP into the phone to get no response. So I found her in the game and told her the IP and quickly after got banned.

    Evidence: Only Kikachu52, who was my friend with me. I was banned to quickly to get and evidence.

    I truly hope you put my reasoning into consideration. I love EcoCity, and play on it most of the time that I am on Minecraft.

    Hello Slyfox,

    While I can understand that you may want to tell your friends about other servers, there are multiple ways to do this without directly violating our server rules. There is absolutely no excuse for giving the IP of another server in ECC's chat, and in the future I expect you to realize this. ECC spends a lot of funds towards getting new players on our server, and you drawing away from this by advertising a competing server is unacceptable. Please review our server rules, especially the one you broke, which I've quoted below.

    While you wait for a Supermod+ to review your Appeal, please refrain from bumping your Appeal and remain patient. Thanks.

    I am glad that you wish to appeal your ban and there are a few things that I need to say. First off, as Falconaire said before, advertising of any kind is not allowed on this server, and posting of another Minecraft server's ip will always result in a ban from our server.

    Now, seeing as this is your first ban on the server, among some other factors, I will be unbanning you, since you understand why you were banned. Please be more careful with what you say on the server chat, as we do have rules in place about what can be posted in the server chat. Please read over the server rules, which Falconaire linked in his post, and feel free to ask any online Staff Member if you are ever unsure if something is against the server rules before doing it. I hope you enjoy playing on the server. ^_^
