Felon Username: TheDarkFlame11 Complaint: Today (Dec 29) I was banned by cracker because I was "Advertising." Someone in chat stated that *Mod-edit* had better hunger games than ECC. I simply agreed that their hunger games is somewhat better by stating "*Mod-edit* has better hunger games than ECC." This is not advertising, this is stating a straight up fact. Even though *Mod-edit*has kits, there is nothing that gives anyone a stone sword with sharpness 2 and knock back 1 like a donator on ECC. This appeal will never go through all mods love ECC hunger games and will never let me back on the server thanks to all my resident friends for a whole 2 months of this fun server. Evidence: None, how am I supposed to take a screenshot when I'm insta-banned Counter Evidence: I understand how this can be seen as a felon, but don't you want someone who was going to donate a generous amount back?
Hello there and thank you for appealing your ban! While I understand that you might think this is not advertising, in fact it is. Had you read the rules, like you agreed that you did when you became resident, you would understand that even mentioning the name of another server warrants a ban. No warnings, no kicks. You were not banned because you think another server is better than ours. You are well within your rights to have such an opinion, unfortunately, when stating your opinion you broke a rule, and that was advertising. Now onto the whole we aren't going to unban you thing. We like to give everyone second chances. I feel that is what separates our server from all the rest. If you truly want to get unbanned, you will need to see the error in your words, and show some remorse in breaking our rules.
