Minecraft Username: illinifan Reason: Banned for advertising. Counter-Reason: I randomly tried to log on today, and it said I was banned for advertising.. I am really not sure if this was a mistake or if I have committed a crime. I will admit, the only time I recall typing another server IP is through pm, and that was a long time ago (maybe a month). I was getting the IP for a creative build server from Shotgunboy0130. Shotgun was going to build me a mansion, and he told me there were a few nice houses he could build based off the ones from this server, and I wanted to take a look at them. I am pretty sure he typed me the IP, and I typed it back to make sure it was correct. Evidence: None really, I am deeply sorry if typing another server IP through pm is an offense. I probably should of took more time reading the rules in this category, and will try my hardest never to commit an offense like this again. Thanks, illinifan
I have never typed an ip over pm on this server xd, i know ga's check logs so i'm not that stupid, i only say over skype, and this was weeks ago logs disappear every 7 days you wouldn't just be getting banned now.
Yes, thanks Shotgunboy0130. Let me clarify that i was typing the IP to Shotgun to make sure it was correct. This is my fault and i claiming full responsibility. I am also thinking that this had nothing to do with it as it did happen along time ago. I am thinking i am banned as a result of letting my cousin play on my MC over Christmas/New Years while he was at my house. I have discussed the details with Kuke and he should be able to handle it. logs don't disappear every 7 days, I have logs from all the way back to september. (I don't check that far though, only the last week, or two, depending on how often I do my checks) As for the appeal, I'll be issueing you a 1 day tempban. Use this time to refresh yourself with the rules and make sure you don't break them again. Locked, ban reduced to a 1 day tempban.
