    Counter-Reason:I am really sorry just mad he broke my spawner and was annoying me in chat but i probably overreacted cause your not allowed to kill in mining world the way i did it sorry for doing this i reread rules about mining world and saw it says you cant kill people at all here is waht i found in the rules about it:
      • As the mining world is not PvP enabled, this 100% includes rules about attempts to kill players in this world, no matter what the reason.

    I am glad that you appealed. I know that you may be upset that your spawner was destroyed however killing users in non-pvp is never ok, and as you saw illegal. I will be giving you a 1 day tempban at this time, during your tempban I ask that you read over all our rules again and make sure you understand them so issues such as this dont occur again.
