Thank you for filing this ban appeal. First off, I would like to remind you the severity of your ban. Donation features are NOT meant to be abused. In the case of the complaint against you found here, you clearly knew what you were doing and as a President you should have known better than to abuse your TP feature.

In the video it shows OMGItsDarrenM asking you several times if you were going to TP him to a PVP arena, and you denied it all times. Had you killed him and he had recorded it, your punishment may have been even more severe. But the point is, you abused your feature knowing the other party (OMGitsDarrenM) thought it was going to be a safe place to accept the TP. He shouldn't have to worry about whether it will be safe or not after you confirmed to him that it was not a PVP zone, though he was clever enough to record it and tp back to spawn before any real harm was done.

Because this is your first offense of this nature and donation feature ban, I will be issuing you a 3 day temp ban in which I highly suggest you go over our server rules on TP feature. I hope that you will have learned your lesson this time around and not see you in this kind of trouble again.
