Clause 2 - Vulgarity Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks, or any other way of communicating. Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (ie. WTF?) are allowed. Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance. Racist language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence, punishment of which may not warrant a warning before being given. Sorry for posting where unnecessary, but I just digged up one of my complaints from last week and found where KMaxwell gave TomKellyCreeper a final warning on Vulgarity, located at http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/posts/428608/. He did not heed this warning, and I find this quite unpleasant as a victim of this type of action.
TomKellyCreeper, I am glad you chose to appeal your ban. You have been warned many times about your language in chat and towards other users but you didn't listen or change your behavior. I even personally PMed you and told you that you really needed to cool it and you said you would. I am going to issue a 6 hour temp ban due to the volume of complaints that have led up to this ban. I trust that you will realize that we are not going to tolerate this behavior from you or anyone else.
